These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at www.deepcoretech.com (the "Site"), operated by Deep Core Technology Limited ("Deep Core", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to the Site only. Access to and use of the Deep Core platform at app.deepcoretech.com is governed exclusively by the Deep Core Terms of Service at https://www.deepcoretech.com/terms-of-service, together with any order form between Deep Core and your organization. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms of use and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service governs. Nothing in these terms of use modifies, supersedes, or limits any provision of the Terms of Service or any order form.

Site content and intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and design, are owned by Deep Core or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Site and view its contents for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted. The Deep Core name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; scrape, harvest or systematically extract Site content or data; introduce malicious code; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Feedback

If you send us questions, comments, suggestions or other feedback about the Site or our products, you agree it is not confidential and that we may use it for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you. Feedback provided by a platform user in connection with the Deep Core platform is governed by the Terms of Service.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Content on the Site is not professional, technical, geological or investment advice, and product descriptions do not form part of any agreement unless expressly incorporated into an order form.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Core will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD). This section does not limit or affect the Terms of Service, which contains its own liability terms for the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms of use from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms of use, and you irrevocably attorn to their jurisdiction.
